LayorCare Heavy Calcium Releaser is a safe, non-toxic, acid-free cleaner designed to powerfully and effectively remove calcium and mineral deposits from pool tile, decks, natural stone, water features, and more. It will not affect your pool’s pH levels and will not etch most surfaces, making it a trusted solution for delicate finishes.

DIRECTIONS:

1. Test First: Heavy Calcium Releaser may etch some surfaces. Always test in a small, inconspicuous area before full application.
2. Surface Prep: Before applying, scrub the calcium buildup with a scrubbing pad or scraper blade to break up the initial layer.
3. Apply Product: Liberally apply the product to the pre-scrubbed area and let it sit for several minutes.
4. Scrub Again: Re-scrub the surface to break down the next layer. Calcium typically comes off in layers, just as it formed.
5. Repeat as Needed: Continue applying and scrubbing until the area is fully clean and free of buildup.
6. Rinse Thoroughly: Wash the treated area thoroughly with water.
7. Dry Completely: Allow the surface to dry fully before applying any LayorCare Sealers.
8. For Heavier Build-Up: For more aggressive cleaning, the product can be heated to approximately 10°F above the ambient air temperature.
