Perfect for all types of pavers, porous tile, Saltillo, and more. This advanced formula penetrates deep to seal pores, prevent pitting, and bond joint sand—helping protect against erosion. Offers UV protection and won't crack, yellow, or peel. Delivers a clean satin finish and long-lasting durability — up to 3 years!
Application Instructions:
- Allow newly grouted surfaces to cure for 48 hours before application
- Clean surface with LayorCare Pre-Treat Cleaner, Heavy Calcium Releaser, or Multi-Blaster
- Rinse thoroughly and allow surface to dry completely
- For brick pavers, apply immediately after installation
- Bonds joint sand to prevent washout and erosion
- Apply using brush, roller, or airless sprayer
- Use full strength — do not dilute
- Two coats recommended; allow surface to dry to the touch between coats
- Walkable after 3 hours; allow 24 hours before water exposure (fountains, pools, spas)
- Covers approx. 400 sq. ft. per gallon, per coat
- Lasts up to 3 years with proper maintenance

LayorCare Paver Seal is a low-V.O.C., water-based sealer that can be applied 48 hours after installation. It helps reduce calcium buildup, offers reliable UV protection, and won’t yellow, crack, or peel over time.
DIRECTIONS:
KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. Always test the product in an inconspicuous area to confirm suitability. It is the user's responsibility to determine fitness for a specific use.
