Maintain the natural beauty and color of your tile, natural or colored concrete, exposed aggregate, pool deck, or stonework with Neutral Seal. This non-toxic, water-based formula won’t yellow, crack, or peel — and it helps prevent calcium buildup while providing UV protection. Best of all, it lasts up to 3 years with proper maintenance!
Application Instructions:
- Clean the surface with LayorCare Pre-Treat Cleaner, Heavy Calcium Releaser, or Multi-Blaster, depending on buildup
- Apply using a brush, roller, or airless sprayer
- Use full strength — do not dilute
- Apply two coats for best results; allow the first to dry to the touch before applying the second
- Walkable after 1 hour
- Allow to cure for 24 hours before exposing to standing water (pools, fountains, spas)
- Coverage: ~1,000 sq. ft. per gallon (per single coat)

LayorCare Neutral Seal is a low V.O.C., water-based sealer designed to be applied just one hour after surface installation. It preserves the natural appearance and color of a wide range of materials, including pool tile, natural or colored concrete, exposed aggregate, pool decks, grout, travertine, granite, marble, porcelain, limestone, masonry, quarry, Saltillo, slate, terra cotta, sandstone, brick, and pre-cast stone. Neutral Seal won’t yellow, crack, or peel, helps reduce calcium buildup, and offers powerful UV protection for long-lasting surface care.
DIRECTIONS:
KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. Always test the product in an inconspicuous area to ensure surface compatibility. Final suitability is the responsibility of the user.
